Thanks so much! This reply is long overdue.Emil not only is a great attorney but he is a great human being as well. This was a horrible ordeal for me and Emil was kind and patient with me. I consider him a friend now that this is over. He went well above and beyond in my case and is a great negotiator. This was not a rubber stamp BK and he stuck with it with great case law and tactics. Well, Emil, after almost 3 years, its about time that I post my review. I found you online and because of the reviews, I selected you and have always been so happy that I did. Declaring bankruptcy is not something anyone sets out to do but sometimes life forces changes unexpectedly. Everything said about Emil and Matt by other reviewers is absolutely correct. I don't think you could ask for better legal representation. I have even used Emil for estate planning and, in fact, I plan to ask him to be executor of my estate -- that is how much trust I have in him to do what is right. Emil Fleysher & co are absolute consummate professionals who I would recommend to anyone needing their services. I came to Emil with a possible bankruptcy situation over a year ago. He provided me some very sound advice, but I unfortunately was not able to move forward at the time.

Writing this review comes with pleasure! I had a couple of very difficult situations along with financial hardship and health issues.
