Bank Statements*

Please provide the 6 most recent monthly bank statements for any accounts in your name.
If you have business accounts, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Crypto accounts, or any other investment or financial accounts, we'll need statements for those as well.
If you have any retirement accounts (i.e., IRA, 401(k), 403(b), Pension, etc.) you only need to provide the most recent statement.
Do not include any credit card statements here since we will obtain that data when we pull your credit report.
Please provide only PDF documents downloaded from your bank app or website or scanned with a quality scanner. Do not provide cell phone pictures of your bank statements since the court will reject these.
Please do not combine statements from different accounts in to the same PDF file.
